Service Description
First Class Free For children who love to build, invent, experiment, and figure things out. Skill Builder program is built around SkillFire from Destination Imagination (DI), an established organization focused on helping young people develop creativity and innovation through creative problem-solving and team-based challenges. Students take on open-ended STEAM and engineering challenges where there often isn't one obvious answer. They learn to Brainstorm → Build → Test → Learn → Redesign → Present, and work effectively as a team. Rather than following step-by-step instructions toward a predetermined result, students have to decide what to build, which approach might work, why something failed, and what they should change next. Along the way, they develop: Creativity · Critical Thinking · Collaboration · Communication · Engineering Design · Confidence Most importantly, students become more comfortable approaching problems they have never seen before and figuring out how to move forward. Cancellation Policy
Free Trial, Payment & Cancellation Policy: We offer students one free trial class so families can experience our program before being charged. By registering for a free trial and providing a valid payment method, you agree to the following terms. Free Trial: Your child’s first scheduled class is free. The free trial is limited to one trial per student for the applicable program. 24-Hour Cancellation Window: After the free trial class ends, you have 24 hours from the scheduled end time to decide whether you would like to continue. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel within this 24-hour period. If cancellation is successfully submitted within the window, your payment method will not be charged. For example, if the trial ends Monday at 4:30 PM, you must cancel by Tuesday at 4:30 PM to avoid being charged. Automatic Payment: If you do not cancel within 24 hours after the trial ends, your child’s enrollment will be considered confirmed and the payment method provided at registration will be automatically charged for the applicable program fee. No additional confirmation is required. By registering, you authorize this charge if cancellation is not completed within the 24-hour window. How to Cancel: Cancellation must be completed using the method provided through our website, registration system, or email us at support@thethinkaiacademy.com. Missing a class or verbally notifying an instructor does not automatically cancel enrollment. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring cancellation is successfully submitted before the deadline. Cancellation After Payment: You may cancel after the 24-hour window; however, fees already charged will not be refunded. By registering, you acknowledge that the first class is free, you have 24 hours after the class ends to cancel without charge, and if you do not cancel within that period, your payment method will be charged and the payment will be non-refundable.
